Leadership Transition in Student Support Services and Human Resources

Dear Pleasantville Community, 

I am writing with an important update about our District’s leadership. Dr. Jessica Alexander, our Assistant Superintendent for Student Support Services and Human Resources, has submitted her resignation to accept a position closer to home at Rockland County BOCES. We are very grateful to Dr. Alexander for her dedication to Pleasantville over the last year, and we wish her the very best in her new role. 

Our dedicated Student Support Services team, in collaboration with district and building leaders, will maintain all programs and services with the excellence for which our district is known. 

Looking ahead, we are undertaking a careful review of our administrative structure to ensure our students, faculty, and families continue to receive the support they need to thrive. We commit to keeping you informed as we move forward with planning and recruitment during this process.
